Vehicle identity
Registration number, model, colour and handover location.
Pre-handover inspection
A visual inspection records the vehicle’s visible condition at handover. The sequence keeps every essential angle organised and easy to review in the Survey Report.

Inspection route
Each checkpoint has one job. The flow reduces missed angles and keeps the photo order consistent.
01Confirm the vehicle identity, handover point and key receipt before photography begins.
02Record the seats, dashboard, steering area, floor and visible personal belongings.
03Capture the front bumper, bonnet, left lamps, wheels and left-side panels in one frame.
04Repeat the diagonal view for the right side so the front and side panels remain comparable.
05Record the boot, rear bumper, right lamps, rear wheel and right-side panels.
06Complete the full perimeter with the final diagonal view before notes are compiled.
Survey Report
The report is a handover reference—not a mechanical inspection or insurance assessment.
Registration number, model, colour and handover location.
Body panels, glass, tyres, cabin and any visible marks.
Handover, cabin and four exterior diagonal angles in a fixed order.
Inspection notes are reviewed before the vehicle proceeds to the next movement.
Report output
Six indexed visuals, inspection notes and vehicle details are arranged in one consistent reference. Any visible concern can be identified by checkpoint instead of relying on memory.
Before the appointment
Remove personal belongings, keep the cabin accessible and inform the team about any existing visible marks.
